County Policy
A 4 yard capacity dumpster with lid or cover must be located at the building site during all phases of construction. Said dumpster shall be serviced on a regular basis to avoid overloading.
A sanitary facility "porta-pottie" device, shall be required at each construction site in Washington County. Said facility shall be maintained at the site until the construction is completed or until alternative facilities, through construction, can be made available.
