This map was created as a tool to be used in conjunction with the summer “Notice of Property Valuation and Tax Changes”. The County Clerk/Auditor mails the notice to property owners in July of each year.

By default, the map shows the Percent Change in Market Value layer on top. Click the tool to show the legend and the to also show/hide the Percent Change in Property Tax layer.

The legend colors represent a greater increase or decrease in the percent change in value the darker the shade, while white denotes a minimal change in value.

Find a Property by using the Tool and entering an Address, Account # or Parcel ID, or simply "Pan" and "Zoom" to a parcel using the map navigation tools and click on a parcel to view the Property Value and Tax Information.
