In accordance with Utah Code 20A-3a-807, notice is hereby given of the schedule for ballot processing for the March 5, 2024 election. Processing will be held at the Washington County Administration Building, 111 E Tabernacle, St George UT, 84770 (Google Maps). Interested parties are encouraged to call the Washington County Clerk’s office prior to attending to verify if processing is occurring. When arriving, interested parties are to check in with the Washington County Clerk’s office.
Ballots will be processed (i.e., signature verification, opening ballots, scanning ballots, adjudicating ballots, replicating damaged or defective ballots, and/or tabulating votes) as outlined below on an as needed basis determined by volume.
February 16 – March 19
Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Ballots will not be processed on 2/19 in observance of President’s Day.
Ballot processing hours will extend on election day, 3/5, to approximately 10:00 pm as needed.
Ballots will not be processed 3/11 – 3/13.
