If you appealed to the Washington County Board of Equalization and disagree with the decision, you may appeal to the Utah State Tax Commission. State Tax Commission appeals are to be filed with the Washington County Auditor using form TC-194 no later than 30 days after the Notice of Determination. Please submit appeals by email to appeal.washco.utah.gov.
