Any eligible voter may mail in a completed Utah Mail in Voter Registration Form must be postmarked NO LATER than June 12, 2026.
County Clerk’s Office Deadline11 Days before Election Day
Any person may deliver a completed Utah Voter Registration Form to our County Office on or before June 12, 2026.
Driver License Deadline (Driver License Division)11 Days before Election Day
Any eligible voter who completes a Utah Voter Registration Form from the Utah Driver License Division must do so IN PERSON on or before June 12, 2026.
Online Deadline (vote.utah.gov)11 Days before Election Day
Any eligible voter may complete an online voter registration form at vote.utah.gov on or before June 12, 2026.
Voters who are not registered, but are otherwise eligible to vote, may vote provisionally in person on Election Day.
Absentee Ballot Request Deadline7 days before Election Day
Any registered voter may fill out an Absentee Ballot application online on or before June 16, 2026.
Or any registered voter may deliver, in person or by mail an Absentee Ballot application to the Washington County Clerk’s Office on or before June 16, 2026. Office hours are 8am to 5pm.
Voters who cannot vote a manual ballot may contact the County Clerk’s office for accessible voting options.

General Voter Information

Voter Registration: Want to review your voter registration? Learn more about the candidates? Visit vote.utah.gov for election information needs.

Voter ID Requirements: What do you need to bring with you on election day? If you are already registered to vote in Utah, you must have ONE primary form of ID that is valid (not expired), has your name, and has your photograph OR TWO forms of ID that, when combined, prove your name and current residence. For more information, visit vote.utah.gov.

Voter Alternate Address Request: Going to be away from home for an upcoming election and still want to vote? Submit a Voter Alternate Address Form form to your County office.

Ballot Status: Want to track the status of your ballot? The State of Utah now offers ballotrax for your tracking needs.

Affidavit of Ballot Signature (Cure Letter): Did you receive notification from our office that your ballot could not be counted? The Affidavit of Ballot Signature form can be found below. This form must be returned to our office no later than noon the business day before the Canvass.

Notice for Voters with Disabilities: Utah has a program that may assist you in voting independently from home. Contact the Washington County Clerk office at 435-301-7248 or elections@washco.utah.gov for more information about accessible voting assistance.

Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA): There are special registration and absentee voting provisions for military and overseas civilians. Please see UOCAVA Military and Overseas Voter Letter.

Voter Registration Cancellation: Voters who need to cancel their Washington County Voter Registration can do so by filling out a Voter Roll Removal Form.
