Washington County of Utah NOTICE:  Effective May 6, 2026 the Utah State Legislature through HB38 amending UCA 17-71-407 increase the Recording Fee to $45.00 per applicable document, all other recording fees remain the same.  The fee for Redaction of a Recorded Document was also increased to $10.00.

Recording Fee Increase Effective May 6

NOTICE:  Effective May 6, 2026 the Utah State Legislature through HB38 amending UCA 17-71-407 increase the Recording Fee to $45.00 per applicable document, all other recording fees remain the same.  The fee for Redaction of a Recorded Document was also increased to $10.00.
