The Community Development Department only accepts building permit applications electronically through our online permitting software system. Once an application is received, the system will automatically send the applicant a link to check the status of their application.
The following Applicable documents will need to be uploaded in order for your permit to be submitted. Note: Most of these forms are required for new Single Family Dwellings and Accessory Dwellings.
