Court Hearings for the following types of hearings will begin IN-PERSON:
- Bench Trials
- Jury Trials
- Suppression Hearings
- Restitution Hearings
- Domestic Violence (first appearance only)
Small Claims will begin in-person effective June 2, 2021.
All other Court hearings will continue to be by VIDEO.
