Washington County hereby offers to sell as surplus property; a parcel of property located generally east of the Kolob Pines Subdivision in Kolob, and more particularly described as: Lot 5, containing 2 acres, which is 1/20th of NW ¼ NE ¼ Section 19 T39S R10W SLB&M (Containing 40 acres), with an undivided 1/20 interest in all rights (hunting rights, wood rights, water rights, etc.) pertaining and belonging to the above 40 acres Account #145741 Serial #100-C-HV. A public auction will be held, starting at 10 a.m. on the date of July 6, 2016 in the Commission Chambers of the Washington County Administration building, 111 E Tabernacle, St. George, Utah. It is anticipated that award of bid to the highest bidder will be made as part of the regular County Commission meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m. on July 19, 2016.
The minimum bid has been set at $3,900. Ten percent (10%) of the purchase is payable in cash or cash equivalent at the time of the sale with the balance due within thirty (30) days from the date of sale. Further information may be obtained at the Washington County Clerk-Auditor’s Office, 111 E Tabernacle, St. George, Utah, prior to the public auction.
The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever.
