Washington County General Public Defender Contract Available
Members of the Utah State Bar in good standing are invited to apply for the following Washington County General Public Defender contract:
General Public Defender Contract (1): $64,356 annual compensation plus CLE subsidy. Successful candidate will represent indigent clients as assigned by Fifth District court judges in Washington County.

RFP for Legacy Park Food Service Vendors
Washington County, Utah, is seeking proposals from qualified food service vendors who can provide competent food service and quality meals for events to be held at the Washington County Fair Grounds (“Legacy Park“) for 2022.
Legacy Park will have approximately 120 events which require food vendor services. Vendor will provide the services as outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and the resulting contract.

Confluence Park Bridge Project
Washington County will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 pm local time, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the Washington County Commission Office for the project.

The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to install two pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge sections (one 130′ span and one 75′ span), including construction of concrete abutments, center pier, wing walls, and drilled shafts, as well as construction of approximately 400 linear feet of all-weather access trail.
Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm, December 15, 2021, at the Washington County Commission Chambers, Administration Building:
