Washington County Seeks Artists for New Downtown Building

Washington County is seeking an original photograph or other visual art piece that depicts Washington County’s beauty, to go on a 32’ High X 16’ Wide portion of the tower at the Washington County Parking Structure located at 51 N. Temple, St. George, UT 84770. The winning entry will be displayed on metal panels at the parking structure.

The winner of the contest will be awarded $1,000 and presented at the February 15^th Commission Meeting.

Entries must be submitted to Nicholle.Felshaw@washco.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm on February 4th, 2022. Entries should include the following information: full name, email, phone number, entrant age, location of the depicted area, and the date it was created.

NOTICE is hereby given that there is one (1) vacancy on the Washington County Planning Commission.

To qualify for appointment to that Board, an individual must meet the following qualifications:

Be a U.S. Citizen;
Reside in Washington County;
Be registered to vote in Washington County.
