Washington County of Utah seeks to obtain proposals from qualified industry experts that can provide construction services to construct the trails of approximately fifteen (15) miles of natural surface singletrack recreation trails for mountain biking, adaptive cycling, hiking, and trail running at the Spring Hollow Trail System.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on-site at:

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm on January 18, 2024. Proposals will remain sealed until 3:30 pm on January 18, 2024. A public bid opening will be held on January 18, 2024 at 3:30 pm in Room 182 of the Washington County Administrative building at 111 E. Tabernacle Street, St. George, UT 84770. The Washington County reserves the right to discard documents submitted by a Bidder that are not required by the RFP and do not contain Bidder supplied information. Bids that do not contain the information requested may be rejected as non-responsive.
