The property is located just west of Springdale at approximately 1400 E 1900 S., within the SBOZ (Scenic Byway Overlay Zone), and is currently zoned OST-20 (Open Space Transition 20 acre minimum lot size) and OSC-20 (Open Space Conservation 20 acre minimum lot size). The proposed resort project will encompass 1960.67 acres. The applicant is Parunuweap Canyon LLC.
