Washington County of Utah, in partnership with the Dixie National Forest; Pine Valley Ranger District seeks to obtain proposals from qualified industry experts that can provide construction services in compliance with industry standards. The selected contractor will construct a Trailhead, designed by the Dixie National Forest, as well as light clearing and grubbing of an event parking, staging and camping area for the Cliffrose Trail system.

To receive consideration, a response to the RFP must be submitted to the County no later than 2:00 pm on March 23, 2026. One electronic and two physical copies of the proposal should be delivered to:

There will be a public bid opening on March 23, 2026, at 2:30 pm at the Washington County Administration Building in room 182.

Each proposal will be reviewed and scored according to the Selection Criteria contained in this RFP. A proposal is anticipated to be selected by March 25, 2026.
